Pre-Partnering
We will talk with representatives from the Owner, Contractor, Designer, and other key stakeholders that are identified. This allows us to understand the relationships, issues and objectives so we can design a meaningful partnering session.
Kick-off Partnering Workshop
As you start the Design or Construction phase of your project, a kick-off partnering session will be held to help develop a collaborative team. At this workshop you will establish a Project Partnering Charter. This will serve the as the guiding document for how the team will work together over the duration of the project.
Follow-Up Partnering Session(s)
Depending on the duration of your small project, at some interval (or upon reaching some milestone) you may hold a follow-up partnering session(s). These are critical to assuring that you stay in alignment throughout the life of the project. It is an opportunity to agree on how to move forward, resolve outstanding issues, and plan for what is coming.
Project Scorecard(s)
Project teams need to ensure they follow through with their commitments and goals. The Project Scorecard provides account-ability for the team and a means to identify trends, emerging issues, and how confident the team is that they will meet their goals. Knowing these things offers a chance to mitigate negative effects and build on positive ones.
Close-Out Lessons Learned Session
We highly recommend that toward the conclusion of your project the team comes back together for one final session to capture the lessons they have learned about what worked and what didn’t work. These sessions provide vital information to the organizations involved as well as specific learning for the team members.
