OrgMetreics offers a web-based project scorecard to its partnering clients. Monthly (or at another agreed-upon interval), each project team member is emailed the link to a scorecard based on the goals, objectives, and commitments made at the partnering session.

Items on the scoredcard are rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent and 1 being poor. Comments expanding upon the numberical score are encouraged.

The results (scores and comments) from the completed scorecards are compiled into a scorecard report (in a manner that maintains anonymity) and distributed to the project team members. Your OrgMetrics facilitator reviews the scorecard results and provides a summary with recommendations in the email distributing the report.
