When partnering fails, many times it is because the project team leaders and team members do not know how to make it succeed. To remedy this, OrgMetrics offers training in the following partnering skills to help the project team develop needed skills. By participating in this training together, the project team members develop a common skill set to apply in solving project issues. This skills training session is ususally a separate session from the initial partnering workshop and is conducted locally.
