Sue Dyer, president of OrgMetrics,is the founder of the International Partnering Institute. She “wrote the book” on construction partnering – literally in 1997 she published what is still considered the best book on the subject. She is a Master Certified Partnering Facilitator (MPF) and Master Certified Dispute Resolution Facilitator (MDR). Sue has created partnering processes that are used all over the world. She loves to work on projects, and feels that it is the only place to really make a difference.

Diane Jeronimo is a Certified Dispute Resolution Facilitator (CDRF). She has successfully facilitated the resolution of hundreds of disputes. She was awarded the prestigious “Liberty Bell Award” by the California Bar Association for her leadership in facilitation and mediation. Diane has worked in construction and has been a part of OrgMetrics for 20 years. She has the proven ability to lead people to resolution, even when they believe resolution is not possible.

Cinda Bond is a Certified Partnering Facilitator (CPF). She brings a depth of expertise in construction and facilitation having 20+ years of experience with transportation programs and construction management. She is also skilled in the Facilitated Dispute Resolution (CDRF) process now required by many owners. Cinda is a natural at building teams and bringing out the best in people. Her broad set of facilitation skills enhance her ability to provide fun, no-nonsense partnering services to construction teams.

Bruce Wiggs, Vice President of Operations, is a registered electrical engineer who has over 35 years of experience in project management, financial and statistical analysis, process reengineering, quality assurance, graphic design, and information technology. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of OrgMetrics and for supporting the facilitators.
