We wrote the book
on construction partnering, the award winning Partner Your Project. Also, the 1998 and 2009 editions of the Field Guide to Partnering on Caltrans Construction Projects. We also developed the Fundamentals of Partnering on Caltrans Projects Training Program for ~4000 field personnel.
Additionally, we authored several well recognized papers, including "Collaborative Construction", "Mega Project Success Factors", "The Root Causes of Poor Communication" and many more.
